Wryneck at Newport Wetlands

A Wryneck has been feeding on the coastal path at Newport Wetlands Reserve this week. It was well watched throughout its stay. Wrynecks have beautifully cryptic plumage; this is the third one I've seen at the reserve in the last 5 years...
